justjared.comScott Disick has checked out of rehab just hours after it was reported that he had entered a facility to be treated for substance abuse issues.
The 36-year-old reality star checked into All Points North Lodge in Colorado last Tuesday and a photo of him inside the facility was leaked online by Daily Mail. Scott‘s lawyer told TMZ that he was not in the facility for alcohol and cocaine, which the outlet reported.
