A woman who passed away in a car crash just a few days after Christmas has been named by police. Gillian Murray, 57, was pronounced dead at the scene after her red Ford Fiesta was involved in a three car smash near Longhaven, Aberdeenshire, on Wednesday, December 28.
Police Scotland officers are now appealing for information over the smash, which also involved a blue Isuzu D-max, a white Ford Kuga.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers are appealing for information following a fatal crash near Longhaven, Aberdeenshire.
Around 10.35am on Wednesday, 28 December, 2022, police were called to a report of a three vehicle crash on the A90, Aberdeen to Peterhead road."The crash involved a blue Isuzu D-max, a white Ford Kuga and a red Ford Fiesta.
The driver of the Ford Fiesta, Gillian Murray, 57, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Isuzu, a 19-year-old woman and the driver of the Ford Kuga, a 72-year-old man, were uninjured.
