Police appeal following Renfrew break-in as thief steals car

Police are appealing for information that can help them identify a thief from Renfrew who stole a car from a property in the area.The crook struck at a Newmains Road home around 5.40pm on Thursday, December 29.The householder told police they’d locked the door around 5pm.Around 5.40pm they heard their dog barking and went to see what all the fuss was about.
