Torbjorn Svele Hagen is believed to have been smoking a cigarette and listening to music when he plunged to his death.The 23-year-old, who was studying Hospitality Management, is thought to have leaned over too far and lost his balance.Emergency crews rushed to the scene at Lauriston Gardens at around 7:15am on Tuesday, June 1 following a flurry of calls from panicked neighbours.Police officers and ambulance teams responded to the incident in the tenement near the Meadows but Torbjorn, who is from Drammen, Norway, was declared dead shortly after.
