Scots cops hunt thugs 'wearing hi-vis vests' after daytime street attack

An investigation is underway after a man was assaulted and robbed by two men wearing hi-vis vests in a broad daylight attack on a Scots street.

The 30-year-old was targeted in Bathgate, West Lothian, on Friday November 22.Police say it happened on a path between Mansfield Street and North Bridge Street.

The injured male was taken to St Johns Hospital and released after treatment.The incident was reported to officers at around 12.45pm, shortly after it took place.
