Scotland's top cocktail bars for 2025 have been crowned in a prestigious new list.As we approach the peak of the festive season, people all around the country will be gathering for a glamorous Christmas nights out.

Whether you are heading to a work party or spending time with loved ones, nothing can beat a trip to a cocktail bar.Earlier this month, the finalists for the annual Top 50 Cocktail Bars was unveiled.

The roundup is a "definitive list of where to drink in the UK" that is voted for and chosen by a "handpicked voting academy of experts who are key people in the hospitality industry".A total of eight Scottish bars are included on this year's top 50, with the final ranking set to be unveiled in February.

Four Edinburgh boozers are featured on the shortlist, as well as three Glasgow bars and one in Perthshire.Among the Edinburgh cocktail bars included on the list is Hey Palu.
