Glasgow, arrived at his office on Gairbraid Avenue yesterday morning but dropped a clear sandwich bag with around £8,000 as he went to unlock the car park.
The 44-year-old saw a man pick up a bag but only realised that it was his money when he got to his desk to start his day. Joe told the Record how the cash had been around two weeks of takings for the firm and he had been due to transfer it into the bank that day ahead of a trip with son Jackson, 8, and partner Laura.
They plan their first trip since the start of the pandemic touring Glencoe and the Isle of Skye with the cash also supposed to cover wages for around nine staff.Joe said: "It's just been a sickener, just really, really upsetting."The worst part is that I actually saw the guy.
