‘Scamanda’ Premiere Jumps 289% to 5.7 Million Viewers After One Month, ABC News Studios’ Most-Streamed Series Launch Ever (EXCLUSIVE)

Selome Hailu “Scamanda” has achieved ABC News Studios’ most-streamed series premiere ever when accounting for one month of viewing.

The docuseries, which airs on ABC on Thursday nights, initially reached just under 1.5 million viewers with its Jan. 30 premiere.

But after one month of delayed viewing across ABC, Hulu, Hulu on Disney+ and other digital platforms, that number has risen to 5.7 million — an increase of 289%. “Scamanda” has also seen growth week-over-week, with Episode 2 increasing on the premiere’s same-day viewership by 5% to reach just above 1.5 million viewers and Episode 3 increasing on that by 6% to reach 1.6 million viewers.

Among adults age 18-49, the premiere achieved a 0.15 rating, while Episode 2 grew by 7% to reach 0.16 and Episode 3 grew by 44% to reach 0.23.
