Sarah Harding has explained why she made the incredibly difficult decision to turn down radiotherapy after a second tumour appeared as her cancer spread.The 39-year-old former Girls Aloud singer, who was in the band along with Cheryl, Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts, opened up on the heartbreaking reason she rejected the treatment.In an excerpt of her new book published by The Times Magazine on Saturday, Sarah explained she didn't want to spend her last months without hair, now she knows her cancer has advanced.

Sarah wrote: "There’s an option for radiotherapy on my skull but I don’t want to go through that and lose my hair at this stage, especially with no guarantees at the end of it."The star penned how some might.
