The Duchess of York, 64, was all smiles as she attended the photocall for the event in Rome on 9 November, and posed for snaps with film producer Tiziana Rocca and tycoon Hormoz Vasfi.
Sarah, also known as Fergie, turned heads in a floor-length purple dress complete with a neck tie and sheer puff sleeves. She accessorised with black heeled boots and a small wristwatch, as well as her diamond-encrusted 'Eugenie' bracelet.
The mum-of-two, who shares daughters Princess Beatrice, 35, and Princess Eugenie, 33, with ex-husband Prince Andrew, finished off her look with pearl-drop earrings and two beaded bracelets.
