Sara Cox, the presenter of BBC Radio 2, has had quite a journey from being shockingly stalked by a paedophile to securing herself an impressive net worth.The 49 year old, who hails from Bolton, is now taking on her next venture as she joins this series of The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer.The radio star will tackle technicals and showstoppers as she masters baking in the iconic GBBO tent alongside the likes of Danny Dyer, Paloma Faith, Oti Mabuse and Spencer Matthews.The 2024 celebrity series will kick off from 7.40pm on Sunday, 17 March on Channel 4 with Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith returning as judges and Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond as hosts.

Modelling career Sara lives in a beautiful mansion in North London with her husband, Ben Cyzer, their children, Lola, 19, Isaac, 16, and Renee, 14, and a whole host of pets including two tortoises, two dogs, a cat and a hamster.
Before finding fame, life wasn't always so comfortable for Sara as she lived in some less-than-ideal flat shares. In her early twenties, Sara started out as a model, which took her all over the world, including three months in New York, a month in Milan and five months in Seoul, reports MyLondon.
