In a heartfelt post to her Instagram page, the former The Only Way is Essex star opened up about her decision to co-sleep with the hchildren she shares with her partner Paul Knightly.
The 33 year old is mum to Paul, eight, Rosie, five, and Edward, one, and has been very open about her journey since becoming a mum.
She's also been subject to some cruel mum shaming over the years but has refused to let it get to her. In the caption for a sweet video shared with her 2.5 million followers, Sam encouraged her fellow mums, writing: "Our children are only little for such a short time.
