Rylan Clark revealed he lost a stone after taking on a new project away from BBC Radio 2. The 36-year-old returned to his Saturday afternoon show at the weekend after taking a break over the festive period.

While away, Rylan performed in the Jack and the Beanstalk pantomime at Southend Cliff Pavilion. The star said he had “never done anything” like panto before.
