Ryanair tell customer 'we are not forcing you to travel' after refusing refund and saying June flight WILL go ahead

A mum claims she was refused a refund by Ryanair bosses after she was forced to cancel travel plans due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Nikkie Riley says airline chiefs told her “we are not forcing you to travel, but we cannot offer a refund” when she attempted to reschedule a trip to Barcelona on June 26.

Nikkie, who was set to travel with two teenagers, had contacted Ryanair for her money back due to worldwide restrictions due to the spread of coronavirus.

With the UK Government warning against all non essential travel, and a new 14-day quarantine period introduced for new arrivals to Spain, she decided to put her break away on hold.
