Ryan Murphy is parting ways with Netflix, it seems, and teaming up with Disney.
According to Deadline, reports suggest that the 57-year-old producer is in talks with Disney to return as his deal with the giant streaming platform comes to an end. Keep reading to find out more… The outlet says that returning to Disney will also reunite him with Dana Walden, who was just named the Co-Chairman of Disney Entertainment. Ryan and Dana had a close partnership when he was under a deal with 20th Century Fox TV.
The American Horror Story creator has been with Netflix since 2018, when he signed at $300 million deal. In addition to AHS, Ryan was also behind Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, The Politician, Ratched and The Boys in the Band and The Watcher at Netflix.
