Rutherglen and Cambuslang recycling centre halves capacity after social distancing complaints

He told the Reformer: “I was there pretty early on Sunday and you could see it was backing up already.“It’s going to be a real pain as a result.

I was told they’d had someone on the Saturday complain and had to take action about it.“You need to be safe with the virus obviously but half the bays closing seems over the top.”The local authority insist that several people had contacted them about the issue.
