Ruth Langsford has opened up about the tragic death of her sister Julia, admitting she still cries in the shower over it. Julia took her own life in her home in Surrey June last year after battling depression for many years.
She was 62. Her death devastated Ruth, 60, who has admitted that she still as a "loud, snotty cry" over her late sibling every once in a while.
She told Prima : "I've learned now that I can have those moments; sometimes, I have a good old cry in the shower and feel better for it.
I think it's good to have a loud, snotty cry." But Ruth said she knows that she has to keep living her own life. She continued: "You can't spend your whole life crying.
