Comments made by Ruth Langsford about Eamonn Holmes leaving her for "someone younger" have resurfaced following their split.
It was confirmed on Saturday, 25 May that the former This Morning hosts, both 64, have called time on their 14-year marriage.
A spokesperson told The Sun: "Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing." The couple tied the knot in 2010 after 13 years of dating and together they share a son, Jack, 22 - Eamonn also has three children from his previous marriage.
The reason behind their split is yet to be confirmed by the TV duo, but one source told The Sun the couple had drifted apart in recent months as their work commitments "took them in different directions".
