The Royal Family welcomed back Sarah Ferguson to one of their most significant occasions, suggesting that "all is not lost" with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle amid the rift, a royal expert said.

On Christmas Day 2023, the Duchess of York joined her ex-husband, Prince Andrew, their two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie along with other members of the Royal Family at Sandringham.

It was the first time in 32 years that Sarah, also known as Fergie, made the walk from the royal estate to St Mary Magdalene church with the family in the annual tradition.

Her absence from the family affair came following her split from the Duke of York in 1992 and after the palace announced that Sarah would no longer carry out engagements on behalf of the Queen.Their divorce was finalised in 1996 but Sarah maintained a close relationship with her ex-husband and reportedly live with each other to this day.
