Roy Keane and Micah Richards have disagreed about the importance of manager-player relationships following Paul Pogba's comments on Jose Mourinho.
The Manchester United star endured a fractious relationship with the Special One during his Old Trafford tenure. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's man management style is of stark contrast to Mourinho's and Pogba praised the Norwegian's approach.
But Keane has hit out at the Frenchman insisting his performances shouldn't depend on who is managing him. He said on Sky Sports: "He's saying he didn't like Mourinho and he does like Ole.
Its not necessarily about liking your managers, its about doing the business week in, week out. "This idea that he likes Ole, it doesn't guarantee you trophies." Richards
