Manchester United legend Roy Keane has warned the club that keeping Edinson Cavani could be bad news. The Red Devils forward missed out on the chance to hit the net again this week as their Premier League clash against Liverpool was postponed after fans broke into Old Trafford.

Having scored twice and assisted three times in the Europa League semi-final 6-2 win over Roma, it puts the Uruguayan on 12 strikes for the season.

Despite news emerging of his desire to head back to South America this summer, questions have been asked of whether the 34-year-old should stay on another year.

But Keane, who won seven Premier League titles and the 1999 treble at United, believes it would be a bad idea to back Cavani for another season.
