He was 75. Horn’s publicist said on April 28 that the magician had tested positive for COVID-19. “Today, the world lost one of the greats of magic, but I have lost my best friend,” Horn’s longtime performing partner Siegfried Fischbacher said in a statement. “From the moment we met, I knew Roy and I, together, would change the world.
There could be no Seigfried without Roy, and no Roy without Seigfried.” Horn and Fischbacher already were veteran performers before they became the toast of the Vegas Strip
