A rough sleeper was discovered dead in his hotel room on the day he had been found a permanent new home. Paul Dono - who had previously lived in a tent - passed away at a Travelodge.
An inquest heard his body was found by a support worker who had gone to tell him the news. A coroner was told the 46-year-old had been struggling with alcohol and drug addictions since the age of 12.

His body was discovered by his support worker, Chloe Henshaw, who asked the reception staff to let her in. She had found accommodation for Paul to live in and had gone to tell him the good news on October 25 last year.
