Rosie Jones’ comedy series, Out of Order, returns to Comedy Central tonight (Monday 16 September) with new members of the public all ready to face judgement.

Rosie can’t hold the fort alone, and so also returning are her two team captains, Judi Love and Katherine Ryan. Also joining them in the very first episode are guests, Roisin Conaty and Josh Jones. The idea behind the show is that teams of comedians compete to place members of the public in the correct order in a series of revealing categories.

It’s all based on judgement and first impressions which is why Rosie believes she’s the perfect face of the series. “People have been judging me for 34 years,” says Rosie, “So I think I am the perfect host for a show like this because let me tell you, being gay, being disabled, being a woman, being a comedian means that people, strangers judge me all day, every day. “I know what that feels like.

So when we go ‘let’s judge people’ everyone knows that I will give as good as I get. And whatever I ask you to do, you know I’ve received in turn which makes it a fun and inclusive place.” Sign up to OK!'s TV newsletter to get updates sent to your inbox for free On having her two team captains by her side, Rosie is thrilled at the all female environment, but says that it was never intentional. “First of all, they are two of the nicest people ever,” she says. “But secondly, two of the funniest and there’s a lot of celebration to be had because this is the first game show where the host, and two team captains are all women.
