Marvin and Rochelle Humes are back on our screens with a new series of The Hit List the BBC's music quiz show that offers fans the chance to bag £10,000 by correctly identifying songs and artists.
Given their musical backgrounds - Marvin is part of JLS and Rochelle was in The Saturdays - they confess they can't resist joining in the competition. "When we get fed the answer in our ear, Marvin wants to prove he knows it before he gets told by our producer," Rochelle, 35, cheekily reveals.
Now in its seventh series, regular viewers of The Hit List know what's coming, with popular tunes played across four quick rounds and duos battling to guess the artist and title.
However, when you add in the intense time pressure and a nail-biting Final Chart Rundown to wrap things up, Marvin and Rochelle hint that the new series is better than ever. "Viewers feel like they're a part of the show it's real family viewing," Marvin, 39, shares, when asked about the show's unique appeal. "Grandparents, parents or kids can play along at home, it's something that can span generations.
