Robbie Williams has gone rap again - but don’t worry, it’s not another Rudebox. The singer has been trialling out new material “from the vault” during Instagram live streams to gauge a reaction from fans.
One new song sees him collaborate with a female rapper - which could be Brit star Stefflon Don - and thankfully she spits the X-rated bars, while he sticks to singing, referencing Joan of Arc with lyrics that include a chorus of: “Yes, Queen.” Another titled Summer Nights, written by his regular collaborator, Aussie Flynne Francis, will be “released at the right time”, he teases.
His cover of Come on Eileen (yes, really) “turned out well”, he says, while he also plans to record his own version of Your Disco Needs You, which he and Guy
