Robbie Williams has opened up about his complex relationship with former bandmate Gary Barlow. Despite their past differences, the 50 year old pop icon admitted that while they've made peace, things will never be quite the same between them.

Reflecting on their shared history and turbulent times since their Take That days in the '90s, Robbie confessed: "there'll always be a scar".

Even though he left Take That in the mid-'90s and achieved massive solo success, time has healed some of their rifts.This led to Robbie reuniting with the band in 2010 after a 15-year break.

In the documentary 'Boybands Forever', Robbie revealed: "He phoned me up. We're mates now and I love him, and our relationship is 95% healed.There'll always be a scar, but he loves me.
