ROBBIE Williams had just wound up banking a reported £13million profit - after selling his American mansion to Drake. The former Take That star, 48, pulled off some property market magic after offloading the Beverly Hills pad.
Robbie has lived in the Tuscan-style villa with wife Ayda Field and their four children since buying it from jeans mogul Armand Marciano in 2015.
The singer had been thought to want $80million - around £60million - for the sprawling ten-bedroom pad. However, he is believed to have struck an off-market deal with US rapper Drake that saw him take it off his hands for $50million, about £37million.
That is still a vast profit compared to the £24.4million Robbie is thought to have paid for it just seven years ago. Robbie's pad is huge even by Hollywood standards - measuring 25,000 square feet and containing a cinema, lift, pool and even an outdoor kitchen.
