There has been an increase in road casualties across South Lanarkshire in 2023 compared to the previous year.Councillors at the Roads Safety Forum on May 7 were given an update on the statistics, which revealed that there was more incidents in almost all categories except two.The total casualties during 2023 was 393 which is a rise when compared to the previous year’s figure of 284 .The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
