Former defender Rio Ferdinand has heaped praise on the shoulders of Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for the way he has turned around Luke Shaw's career at Old Trafford.
The left-back, who joined United from Southampton back in 2014, had experienced an up and down career in United colours up until recently, but a tactical switch by Solskjaer appeared to have offered the 24-year-old a new lease of life, with him lining up as a left-sided centre-back, following the United boss' decision to switch to a 3-5-2 formation.
