Congratulations are said to be in order for Richard Gere and his wife Alejandra Silva as they recently welcomed their second child.

According to magazine Hola!, who confirmed the news in its latest issue, the Pretty Woman actor, 70, and his Spanish activist wife, 37, have welcomed a son and are spending some quality time bonding with the little one on their ranch on Pound Ridge, just outside New York.

It’s the second child for the pair, after their firstborn, Alexander, one, arrived early last year. It was only in November last year news emerged Alejandra was expecting again.

The Chicago star also shares 20-year-old son Homer with ex-wife Carey Lowell while Alejandra has a seven-year-old son with ex-husband Govind Friedland.
