Residents encouraged to have their say on the future of tourism in South Lanarkshire

From days out to spa breaks, the tourism economy is vital to South Lanarkshire and the local authority are keen to find out local residents' views on how it should be supported.The new South Lanarkshire Tourism Strategy is now out in draft form for consultation.As the local authority looks toward recovery and growth, it is expected the long-standing importance of the tourism economy in the area is only likely to increase.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
