Runners from across Renfrewshire and beyond are limbering up for the Paisley 10k. The annual 10k and 3k fun run are set to take place this year on Sunday, August 18.And with just a few weeks to go, some of those taking part have shared their incredible stories and reasons for running.Irene McIntosh said that after hearing from other runners that the Paisley 10k was their favourite road race, she decided to sign-up.Irene, who took up jogging just before her 60th birthday, is proving that age is no barrier.
