I'm A Celebrity began airing back in 2002 and the format of the ITV show has remained largely unchanged over the years.There are many iconic aspects to the show, from Ant and Dec hosting to the famous Dingo Dollar challenges, however one part of I'm A Celeb was noticed to be missing, with an ex-contestant pointing out the big change.

Nicola McLean, who took part in I'm A Celeb in 2008, pointed out that there were no female shower scenes in the show last year, only male ones.

Showering in the iconic camp waterfall is a key part of life in camp and over the years there were many memorable shower scenes, with Nicola, 43, even being dubbed the 'queen of shower scenes' during her series.
