Sources say that the decision for Kettler to leave was 'mutual' and he had been employed on a trial basis, with both parties agreeing that the partnership wasn't the right fit, reports the Mirror.Kettler, who worked near the Sussexes' residence in Montecito, Santa Barbara, previously held the title of chief of staff and head of strategic partnerships at Cognixion and had experience with the outdoor apparel company Patagonia.
