Gino, 47, announced in March he had made the decision "not to film any more Gordon, Gino and Fred Road Trips" due to scheduling conflicts.
Gino assured fans his exit had nothing to do with a feud between the trio, but insisted he wanted to preserve the friendship to avoid falling out over contracts.
