EXCLUSIVE: It’s been nearly two weeks since IATSE reached a tentative agreement with the studios on a new film and TV contract, and the union is now ready to reveal the full contract to its members.

The complete memorandum of agreements between IATSE and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers for the Area Standards, Videotape and Basic Agreement were sent in a memo to members on Wednesday, which Deadline has obtained.

Read the full Basic Agreement here and the videotape agreement here. Until now, IATSE had released only a general summary of the deal points, touting wage gains, AI guardrails and pension and health plan increases.

The union also assured that workplace safety had been a large part of the discussions, revealing that the new contract includes increased penalties for extended workdays.
