Breakdancer Raygun’s legal team has shut down a musical inspired by her performance at the Paris Olympics, ahead of its premiere in Sydney, Australia.

The Guardian newspaper reports that Raygun – real name Rachael Gunn – had instructors her lawyers to petition to shut down Raygun: The Musical, to avoid damaging her brand.

Show creator Steph Broadbridge confirmed on social media that she had cancelled, following notice from the lawyers, but would be back soon “with a whole new story arc to add.” The show was advertised as a “parody exploration” of the breakdancer’s journey to the Olympics.

The Australian athlete went viral on social media following her unconventional moves during the Paris Olympics inaugural breakdancing competition.
