A house where children lived which police said was 'linked to serious organised crime' has been shut down after a man was shot and a gun was seized.
Greater Manchester Police said the property in Little Hulton, Salford, has been hit with a three month closure order. The force released an image of a house which had been boarded up.
It followed a shooting in the area in May in which a man 'miraculously' survived being blasted to the chest. Three men were found not guilty of attempted murder but guilty of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm following a trial at Manchester Crown Court.
