Raphael Varane is disappointed that Manchester United have opted against offering him a renewal with his contract due to expire this summer.

United could draft up a reduced terms deal, but Varane is undecided whether he would agree to it. Meanwhile, Donny van de Beek’s exit to Frankfurt has been confirmed.
He becomes the first departure of the window, joining the Germans on an initial loan ahead of a possible permanent move this summer.
