Vitesse Arnhem boss Thomas Letsch appears increasingly resigned to losing Rangers target Danilho Doekhi. The centre-back has entered the final six months of his contract with the Eredivisie side and has suggested he’s open to moving to Ibrox.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has identified Doekhi and John Souttar as potential defensive recruits as uncertainty lingers over Connor Goldson’s future.
Doekhi looks unlikely to renew with Vitesse but would prefer to make his next move during the summer transfer window.The Dutch side won’t let him leave for less than £2million in January but Letsch seemingly expects to be faced with replacing him sooner or later.
