Former Manchester United loanee Garth Crooks has urged interim manager Ralf Rangnick to not "pander to the whims" of Cristiano Ronaldo, instead telling him to make the most of everyone within his squad.
The Final Score pundit made the admission following United's dramatic 1-0 win over West Ham United at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon, in which Marcus Rashford, who has been named in Crooks' Team of the Week, netted a 93rd minute winner to lift the Reds back into the top-four.
Rashford, for the second time in as many games, stepped off the bench to score, meaning he has given Rangnick food for thought ahead of United resuming their campaign against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup fourth round on February 4.
Rashford, following a mixture of injury issues and poor form, has struggled to nail down a regular starting berth in recent weeks, but his goals against Brentford and West Ham have bolstered his chances of becoming a more regular fixture once again.
