I have got children."Miller, from Dorset, was jailed for eight months after he pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening a person with a bladed article in a public place, reports the Daily Mirror.Stuart Ellacott, prosecuting, told Bournemouth Crown Court that Mr Mytton went to Miller's address to carry out a warrant issued by Northamptonshire County Court.Mr Mytton found Miller's Mercedes at the rear of his house in the village of West Moors and clamped it before speaking to the defendant at his front door.Mr Ellacott said Miller was "aggressive" towards Mr Mytton, "as if he wanted to fight".He said: "Mr Mytton stepped back trying to keep distance and that part of the incident came to an end with Mr Mytton handing over paperwork."Miller then returned inside before coming back out armed with the bread knife.After Mr Mytton agreed to unclamp the car Miller apologised to the victim who replied: "It's a bit late for that, you could have killed me."A victim's personal statement from Mr Mytton said he had a history of PTSD from his time in the army and following this incident he.
