Radiohead’s Colin Greenwood will be playing with Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds on their upcoming tour, its been announced today (September 4).It comes after the band announced that Martyn Casey won’t be able to join the tour due to illness.
Previously, Greenwood has played with Cave live on his recent solo tours as well as several dates of the ‘Carnage’ tour with Warren Ellis.
Greenwood also contributed parts to the band’s new album, ‘Wild God’, too.In a full announcement, the band wrote: “Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds are sad to announce that due to illness Martyn Casey will not be joining the forthcoming UK and European tour.“Colin Greenwood will stand in on bass for these shows.
