Quentin Jerome Tarantino (born March 27, 1963) is an American filmmaker, actor, film programmer, and cinema owner.
His films are characterized by nonlinear storylines, satirical subject matter, aestheticization of violence, extended scenes of dialogue, ensemble casts, references to popular culture and a wide variety of other films, soundtracks primarily containing songs and score pieces from the 1960s to the 1980s, alternate history, and features of neo-noir film.
Quentin Tarantino isn’t done with Once Upon a Time in Hollywood just yet. During an appearance on the Pure Cinema podcast, the 57-year-old director was asked if he ever thought about writing book versions of his movies. “I hadn’t thought about that until recently,” Quentin revealed. “But now I’m thinking a lot about it.
I might be writing a novelization to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.” Quentin released Once Upon a Time in Hollywood back in 2019, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Margot Robbie.
The film grossed $142 million at the domestic box office and $374 million globally, making it Quentin’s second most successful movie behind Django Unchained.
