The Queen will be celebrating her Platinum Jubilee this bank holiday - marking 70 years since her coronation. Kicking off on Thursday, June 2, the Jubilee bank holiday will last through the whole weekend.

Celebrations for the special occasion are expected to be held all across the United Kingdom. Some of the key events will be televised live so people can share in the celebrations from the comfort of their own homes.

It will include over 1,200 officers and soldiers moving in unison. It will also be the first time the parade has marched since the start of the coronavirus pandemic in 2019.
