A pub owner replied to an angry one-star review left on TripAdvisor by taking apart the complaint word-by-word. A woman who visited the Jamaica Inn in Cornwall with her partner and parents left a comprehensive write up of their experience on the website, slamming the slow service and claiming the group had been left waiting 50 minutes for two coffees.
