The Romanian professional ref, who oversaw matches at both Euro 2016 and the Rio Summer Olympics, failed to find a solution to the incident on Tuesday in which fourth official Sebastian Coltescu was accused of directing a slur at Pierre Webo.Although the game is set to go ahead on Wednesday with a new team of match officials, the incident has seen controversy surrounding Hategan from the past resurface.Former FCSB striker Harlem Gnohere has given his thoughts of crowd chants during a tie against Dinamo in 2018, a match in which Hategan was questioned for his actions.
