Prince William and Prince Harry are speaking out after Lord Dyson found Martin Bashir and the BBC “guilty of deceit” on Thursday.
The verdict comes after a six month investigation, and after multiple complaints from Princess Diana’s brother, Earl Spencer, claiming the royal icon had been tricked into taking part in the bombshell 1995 interview with Bashir with the use of forged documents.
While the BBC apologized Thursday, both the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex released their own statements. And for William’s part, he claims both the outlet and Bashir “let my mother down”.
