Former royal butler Grant Harrold, recalled the moment and other "hilarious" times in an interview with Slingo. He said: "I remember going to one at St.
James’ Palace and hanging out with Prince William, Prince Harry, and Camilla. "I remember there was a water fight going on between another member of staff and Prince William — and I was in the firing line sitting between them!
Mr Harrold, who worked for the royals between 2004 and 2011, spoke about previous Christmasses with the Queen and her family.
